Turnkey projects are an important part of our business development at Morspan. Mainly on multi- house broiler or breeder sites, we are asked to act as Principle Contractor and to deliver such projects using our years of experience and our enviable market position.
From the onset of site design working with planners and the end customer ie the large integrators and breeding companies, we can design and deliver poultry sites taking away all the stress and worry from the client. We approach the leading companies in each aspect of the design, review their tenders then present a full turnkey package to the client.
We will be responsible for the full financial aspect of the build as well as the C D M regulations for the whole project. Morspan have been acting as Principle Contractor on various turnkey projects for many years and would be happy to give references from previous clients.
